These Terms govern access to the BIC Pens website and purchases made through it.

Agreement and Accurate Information

By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this site. You must provide accurate order, billing, contact, and delivery information and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Product pages describe the offered writing instruments, including ballpoint pens, gel pens, markers, highlighters, and fountain pens. Availability and pricing may change before an order is accepted, and obvious errors may be corrected as permitted by law.

Checkout Terms

Checkout is conducted in U.S. dollars (USD) using the methods displayed, which may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. Taxes are collected when applicable law requires them; no fixed tax exemption is promised.

Fulfillment Terms

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders, our only delivery market. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch, with tracking supplied.

A customer can ask to cancel an order before it ships. Once dispatch occurs, the Refund Policy controls the request.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery. BIC Pens pays authorized return shipping for no-reason requests and for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing merchandise.

Custom-engraved pens, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened ink refills or consumable products are excluded only from no-reason returns; defect and nonconformity rights remain intact.

Authorized refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
